Education not just about lighting a spark for learning, but impacting outcomes. My mission is to bridge the research to practice gap with authentic, practical and relevant strategies that simply work.

As a co-founder of KOI Education and an education influencer who champions evidence-based systems, my passion is to enable more educators to positively impact school culture and the lives of their students. I believe all students can succeed when adults have the right knowledge, experience and resources. My experiences includes being a certified special educator and classroom teacher, university professor, global conference presenter, and board member of several education associations.

I love learning and have earned degrees from three universities in two countries. My Ph.D. is from Arizona State University, where I continues to teach and inspire educators pursuing graduate degrees.
