Membership has Privileges
Many more articles are available to members of CEC and even more articles specific to children with emotional and behavioral disorders are available if you join the Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders (CCBD). If you work in the field, you should be a member. You not only receive up to date research and practice information but you also support advocacy efforts on behalf of teacher, children, and families effected by special education issues. This should be a part of your Personal Learning Network (PLN) if you work in this field. (I hope that doesn’t sound too much like lecturing – I’m just passionate about speading the good news about bad behavior!)
